- Clear photographs from the front, back, left, right and top
- A short video showing the complete exterior
- Approximate product dimensions
- Product brochures, specification sheets or website references
- Technical drawings or CAD files when available
Branding Files
- Vector logo files such as AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF
- Brand color references or Pantone values
- Approved product names and trademark formatting
- Required legal or trademark notices
Commercial Requirements
- Estimated order quantity
- Target delivery date
- Delivery country, city or event location
- Preferred packaging type
- Whether inventory storage or multi-address delivery is required
