Yes. LHYY supports international courier, air freight, sea freight and other project-specific shipping methods depending on shipment size, destination and required schedule.

Yes, depending on the destination and project. LHYY commonly works with DDP, DAP and EXW terms. Availability, duties, taxes, customs requirements and final freight costs are confirmed according to the shipment and destination.

Yes. For approved corporate programs, orders can be divided and shipped to multiple offices, distributors, warehouses, conference locations or international destinations.

Please provide the destination list and quantity allocation early so we can plan packing and logistics correctly.

Yes. Warehousing and scheduled inventory release may be available for approved long-term corporate programs.

For many custom production projects, the standard arrangement is 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance and applicable shipping charges paid before shipment.

Full prepayment may also be arranged. Final payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice for each project.

Credit card payment may be arranged through a PayPal invoice for applicable orders. Bank transfer and other approved payment methods may also be available depending on the project.

Production is scheduled after the required commercial terms, artwork, specifications and applicable deposit have been confirmed. Project-specific requirements will be stated in the quotation.

Ready to Ship means the product currently has available inventory and can usually be dispatched without a new production run, subject to stock confirmation and shipping arrangements.
