Custom Design

Can LHYY create a building block model of our own scientific instrument?

Yes. LHYY can evaluate scientific instruments, laboratory equipment and branded products for custom building block model development. Please provide clear photographs, videos, approximate dimensions and any available product reference materials.

What information is required to start a custom project?

Please provide the product or instrument name, reference images, estimated quantity, branding requirements, packaging requirements, preferred delivery date and delivery destination. Technical drawings or CAD files are helpful when available but are not required for every project.

Can we customize the colors, logo and packaging?

Yes. Available options may include custom colors, printed brand details, instruction materials, presentation boxes and other branded packaging. Final options depend on project feasibility, quantity and the brand assets supplied by the customer.

MOQ and Production

What is the typical MOQ?

The standard MOQ for a fully customized building block project is typically 1,000 sets per design. Selected projects may be evaluated from 500 sets depending on design complexity, component requirements and packaging.

How long does a custom project take?

Timing depends on design complexity, prototype requirements, order quantity and packaging. LHYY confirms the estimated schedule after reviewing the project materials and required delivery date.

Does LHYY provide prototypes?

Yes. Depending on the project, LHYY can provide visual design concepts, prototype samples or other approval materials before mass production.

Shipping and Availability

Can LHYY ship internationally?

Yes. LHYY supports international delivery and can arrange shipping to one destination or multiple approved locations. Available shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination, quantity and project schedule.

Do you offer ready-to-ship products?

Yes. Selected products are available through the Ready-to-Ship collection. Custom projects, customer-specific branding and special packaging are handled separately through the quotation process.

Are LHYY building block models LEGO products?

No. “Lego-Compatible” describes dimensional compatibility where applicable. LHYY products are independently designed and manufactured and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
