Project Specification Review

Before production, LHYY confirms the approved design, quantity, colors, branding, packaging requirements and delivery information with the customer.

Prototype and Sample Approval

When a prototype or pre-production sample is required, production begins only after the applicable design and sample details have been reviewed and approved.

Component and Printing Inspection

Components, printed details, colors and visible product surfaces are checked against the approved project requirements. Inspection criteria vary by product type and customization method.

Assembly and Packaging Checks

Building block projects may include assembly testing, component-count checks, instruction review and packaging inspection before mass shipment.

Final Shipment Preparation

LHYY verifies order quantity, carton markings, packaging condition and shipment information before the goods are released for delivery.
