These Terms of Service govern the use of the LHYY website and the purchase of products and services from LHYY / Beijing Lanhaiyuyan Trade Co., Ltd. By accessing this website, submitting a quotation request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice and policy published on this website.
1. About LHYY
LHYY provides ready-to-ship products, custom scientific building block models, corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, branded packaging and related B2B project services for customers worldwide.
Our website is operated by Beijing Lanhaiyuyan Trade Co., Ltd.
2. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, availability and pricing as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because many LHYY products are customized or produced in batches, minor variations in color, materials, packaging, printing position, component appearance or other production details may occur within commercially acceptable tolerances.
For customized projects, the approved quotation, design confirmation, sample approval or order confirmation takes precedence over general website information where there is any difference.
3. Ready-to-Ship Products
Products marked as “Ready to Ship” are available from current inventory while stocks last.
Displayed inventory may change due to orders, inventory adjustments or synchronization delays. An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by LHYY.
Ready-to-ship products may have different branding, packaging or specifications from newly customized production. Customers should review the applicable product page before ordering.
4. Made-to-Order and Customized Products
Products marked as “Made to Order” or “Request a Quote” may require project review before production.
Customization may include, depending on the project, logo printing, custom colors, structural changes, branded packaging, instruction materials, product development or other customer-specific requirements.
Production begins according to the approved quotation, design, specifications and payment terms. Changes requested after approval may affect price, production schedule and delivery date.
5. Quotations and Pricing
Prices displayed on ready-to-ship product pages apply to the products and quantities shown unless otherwise stated.
Custom project pricing depends on factors including product specifications, customization, order quantity, packaging, delivery destination and required schedule.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. Material costs, exchange rates, freight charges and other external costs may change after the quotation validity period expires.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, taxes, customs duties, import charges and destination-related fees are handled according to the agreed delivery terms.
6. Orders and Payment
Payment requirements are shown at checkout or stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
For customized B2B projects, deposits or advance payments may be required before design work, material preparation or production begins.
Once customized production, printing, packaging preparation or other customer-specific work has started, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable as described in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable order documents.
LHYY reserves the right to place an order on hold if required payment, design approval, customer information or other necessary project information has not been received.
7. Customer-Supplied Logos, Trademarks and Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authorization to use any logos, trademarks, product images, drawings, brand assets, copyrighted materials or other content submitted to LHYY.
By providing such materials, the customer authorizes LHYY to use them solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, manufacture, package and fulfill the applicable project.
LHYY may decline a project if the requested use of intellectual property appears unauthorized or inappropriate.
8. Third-Party Brand References
Brand names, trademarks and product references displayed on this website may be used to identify previous projects, design references or compatible product formats.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or authorization by the relevant trademark owner.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated transit times and delivery terms vary according to the product, quantity, destination and project requirements.
Available services may include international courier, air freight, sea freight and other agreed delivery methods.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, regulatory requirements and other circumstances outside LHYY's reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, addresses, postal codes, phone numbers, tax information and other information required for shipment and customs clearance.
10. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other destination charges.
Responsibility for these charges depends on the agreed delivery term and destination. Where duties and taxes are not included in the order or quotation, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Product photographs, text, graphics, layouts and original LHYY materials remain the property of LHYY or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
