Thermo Scientific nProber IV SEM Building Block Model – 184 Pieces
The LHYY Thermo Scientific nProber IV SEM building block model is a 184-piece ABS interlocking building set inspired by the recognizable exterior architecture of the Thermo Scientific™ nProber™ IV System.
Designed for semiconductor engineers, electrical failure analysis teams, electron microscopy professionals, laboratories, technical events and scientific instrument communities, this compact model transforms a specialized SEM-based nanoprobing platform into an engaging build-and-display product.
The model recreates recognizable exterior characteristics of the reference instrument, including its dark equipment base, vertically arranged upper instrument structure, nanoprobing-inspired details and distinctive semiconductor-analysis system profile.
The standard configuration shown on this page is in stock and ready to ship from current LHYY inventory. There is no minimum order quantity for existing ready-stock units, so individual sets and small quantities can be purchased directly while inventory remains available.
Important: This is a non-functional building block display model. It does not perform scanning electron microscopy, nanoprobing, electrical measurements, semiconductor failure analysis, TEM sample preparation or any other laboratory or semiconductor testing function.

About the nProber IV Reference Instrument
The Thermo Scientific nProber IV System is a high-performance SEM-based nanoprobing platform developed for semiconductor electrical failure analysis and the localization of transistor and metallization faults.
The reference platform incorporates the high-resolution LEEN2 SEM Column together with precision nanoprobing and automated workflows. Thermo Fisher describes the system as supporting high-productivity, 5 nm-capable nanoprobing and precise electrical fault localization that can improve downstream TEM failure-analysis workflows.
Its reference-system capabilities include precise probe placement, electrical characterization, guided workflows and automation for advanced semiconductor devices. These scientific capabilities belong to the original nProber IV laboratory system and are provided here only as background information about the instrument that inspired the building block model.
The LHYY model recreates only recognizable exterior and structural characteristics. It does not reproduce the electronics, imaging, probing, measurement, automation or analytical functions of the original laboratory equipment.
